The Noise Makers Nomination process is open to all residents of Canada but is focused specifically on Canadian youth (individuals and groups of individuals ranging from 12 to 18 years of age).

All entries become the property of War Child Canada and none will be returned. All information provided on nomination forms is subject to verification.

War Child Canada assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected nomination forms or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by War Child Canada on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.

Noise Makers must consent to the use of their photographs, names, likeness and voice without compensation, in print, radio, online or televised publicity or promotion relating to get loud or War Child Canada.
